Dwayne is the owner of Bradford Real Estate Group, LLC and Bradford Design Build, LLC. He brings over 30 years of relevant experience as a Real Estate Broker, Developer and Home Builder. Through these ventures Dwayne has been able to explore the synergy between individual residential real estate transactions and the development model of “place-making”.

Over his professional career, he has been engaged in the acquisition and development of residential real estate, primarily in the District of Columbia and the surrounding areas. He has been licensed as the Principal Broker in Washington, DC and Maryland for more than 20 years and has been a licensed agent for more than 30 years.

He specializes in building, developing and consulting affordable and market rate single family and condo conversions, both new construction and comprehensive renovation of existing spaces. Dwayne has been directly involved with the construction and building of more than 165 units in Washington, DC throughout his career.

Dwayne has experience with public/private partnerships including DHCD and DCHFA. Currently, Dwayne is the development partner in an innovative workforce housing new construction project and the principal developer of a market rate single family project in Columbia Heights Neighborhood in DC.

He currently serves as the Owner Representative for The Clara on Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, an 81-unit affordable housing and retail project in the Anacostia neighborhood of Washington DC, being developed by Medina LIFE and Banneker Ventures and he’s the Project Manager for the expansion of Masjid Muhammad, The Nations Mosque.

Mr. Bradford has a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Planning from The University of the District of Columbia and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington, DC and Maryland.

Imam Bilal Hazziez

Imam Bilal Hazziez is the son of Jabir and Dr. Halalah Hazziez, Sr. He was born and raised with the foundation of Islam, and has always been a part of the Islamic Community of Greater Kansas City, Missouri.

Bilal has served as the Resident Imam of Al-Inshirah Islamic Center in Kansas City, Missouri after serving many years as an assistant Imam. Bilal, has been a lifelong student of Imam W. Deen Mohammed and he has witness the outstanding leadership from its members and leaders first hand. After graduating from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Bilal, served his community for many years as a Firefighter with the City of Kansas City, Missouri.

As a Firefighter Bilal enjoyed helping people and giving back to his community, unfortunately his career was cut short by injury. He quickly realized he had to shift his mindset from doing physical labor and started studying how some of the most successful people invested their money. He started increasing his real estate and financial education. He figured out the more he began to grow and improve his self through financial education he could make a greater impact on his family, his community and help more people than ever before.

Over the past 12 plus years Bilal has owned and operated a residential redevelopment company Premier Homes & Investments. As a company they have had the pleasure of being a part of millions of dollars’ worth of transactions and he has been regularly invited to speak at conferences and events all around the country about his success, speaking to thousands of attendees helping them to design a blueprint to help them reach their financial goals.

Being an entrepreneur and helping other people achieve financial freedom has definitely been a passion of Bilal's! His goal is to give as many people the opportunity to achieve their goals through financial education.

Bilal has received many awards and accolades throughout his professional career and for his community services, but the one that he holds dear is receiving Muslim Journal’s 2016 Imam of the Year.

Bilal has served his community in various capacities and he has a passion for teaching people how to apply G’d’s words in your everyday life. He also believes by investing something into the world you will be able to get something out in return. Bilal has two children Zaynah (15) and Yusuf (12).

Majeedah Rashid

Majeedah Rashid was born and raised in North Philadelphia PA, and attended public school. She married at the young age of 17 and became the mother of nine children. While managing a large family and community responsibilities she still wanted to build her capacity. She began furthering her education at Community College of Philadelphia, later graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Health Information Management. She was accredited as a medical record technician and was hired by the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) as a Health Records Coding Analyst where she worked for five years before moving on to Mercy Health Plan (known today as Keystone First) as a Quality Management Records Auditor for nearly 10 years. Once her children were grown she enrolled in the Masters Program at the University of Southern New Hampshire’s School of Community Economic Development, where they taught community development from a resident driven perspective. There, her passion to serve the community on another level was manifested in her thesis - the Nicetown Neighborhood Advisory Committee. (NAC) 

While completing the Masters program, Majeedah began working with the Nicetown Community Development Corporation (Nicetown CDC). With support from City Administration and community leaders, Majeedah and the Nicetown CDC brought her thesis to life and received the first contract to re-establish Nicetown’s NAC Program. Today, the Nicetown CDC/NAC provides supportive services in Nicetown and portions of four neighborhoods within 15 census tracts in Northwest Philadelphia. This was the catalyst to the track record of Nicetown CDC achievements. Majeedah was later appointed to Chief Operating Officer and led the effort to secure a $1million CDC Tax Credit investment from the Comcast Corporation. 

Under the direct leadership of the Nicetown CDC President & CEO, Majeedah assisted the completion of more than $30 million in affordable housing and mixed-use development, including Nicetown Court I & II. Anchor commercial tenants include Sister Muhammad’s Kitchen, Temple Physicians Inc, Offices of the 8th City Council District and PA State Senator and the Philadelphia Chapter of the NAACP. 

She is responsible for administration and operations of Nicetown CDC programs and projects including a Land Care Program that maintains more than 500 vacant parcels in North/Northwest Philadelphia, and Supportive Services for residents in 87 residential units of Nicetown Court I & II. Majeedah was appointed to the Philadelphia Land Bank Board in 2014 by Mayor Michael Nutter, and served as its Chair until February 2017. She was re-appointed to the Land Bank Board by Mayor Jim Kenney in 2017. She currently serves as Vice-President of the Board of the Philadelphia Association of CDC’s. (PACDC) She also serves on the Board of the Natural Creativity School, Philadelphia Department of Commerce Neighborhood Economic Development Advisory Council and the LaSalle University President’s Community Advisory Council. Majeedah serves in an advisory role to faith and community based groups, the Philadelphia City Planning Commission, Block Captain Committee of Nicetown and is a Temple University Community Ambassador.
